Again my wife, son and I chose to complete our Lego minifigures series 15 the hard way. Scalpers are getting worse these days. Instead of rummaging the boxes for those hard-to-find minifigs (this time it's the 'Shark Man/Boy'...followed closely by the ballerina), they now purchase entire boxes!
I'd say for you to complete your collection by way of purchasing at retail, you'd need the following odds to be in your favor:
1. Being at the right place at the right time....when fresh series 15 boxes are opened and displayed
2. Excellent finger senses...to immediately identify those prominent accessory for you to properly analyze the blind bags for the characters you need
3. Insider help....having a buddy who works at TRU or the toy department who are willing to help
4. Lastly....luck. LOTS of it!
